Meet the man behind the curtain
Matthew De Bellis grew up stuck between two cultures – born into an Italian-American family and raised in California. He later moved to Italy, where he learned the language, culture, and cuisine.
He started Taste Italy to bring the American and Italian cultures together. Because despite our individual journeys, Italian cuisine brings us together. At the table.
Today, you'll likely find him spending hours on the phone with Italian suppliers to bring the most authentic goods from Bel Paese to your door.
