Please store an unopened package in a dark, cool place. During warmer months, we recommend popping chocolate items in the fridge before opening.
No, our food items – such as sauces, pasta, jams, olives, chocolates – almost always have long shelf lives. But it’s always good to check expiration dates.

We’d hate to lose you, but you can stop your auto renewal at any time. Just log in to your account at TasteItalyMonthly.com, go to the subscription page, and select the option to cancel. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to receive, you will still be charged for and will receive the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your original commitment term, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
An example: If you sign up for a 12-mo. subscription and have paid for 9 boxes you will be charged for another 3 before your subscription ends.
You must cancel 24 hours before renewal to make sure you don’t get charged.
If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have signed up for a multi-month subscription, and you cancel before the end of your commitment term, you will still be charged for the remaining boxes.

If you sign up between the 1st and the 20th of the month, your first payment is the 5th of the following month, and we’ll ship your second box on the 15th.If you sign up after the 20th, the first payment is on the 5th of the not the next month, but the month after.
For example: Sign up Dec. 21, and we’ll ship your first box immediately. We will process payment for the second box Feb. 5 and ship the second box Feb. 15.
We do this so we don’t send you too many items too soon. Our boxes contain full-size items, and you’ll need time to enjoy the delicious food!
We process payment on the 5th of the month to ensure we order enough supplies to satisfy all our customers when we carefully package and mail the monthly shipments on the 15th.
If you signed up for a multi-month commitment, and are paying month-to-month, we bill you on the 5th of every month.
If you prepaid a subscription, after we ship your final box we send a reminder email that we will automatically process renewal payment on the next 5th of the month. This renewal is for the same prepaid commitment term you originally signed up for, with the same discount. You can cancel any time during your prepaid subscription to prevent this renewal. You will still receive the boxes you prepaid for.
There will be a $49 fee applied for early cancellation.
